Meet your tour guide at the meeting point at 09:00 AM and proceed on foot to visit Spice Market which was built as a part of mosque complex in the mid-17th Century by the Ottomans. For almost 400 years it has been a market where locals buy all kinds of spices, dried fruits, nuts etc.
Bosporus Cruise start at 10:30 and it is a short walk from Spice Market to the cruise ferry pier. The public boat goes all along this legendary waterway that marks a geographic border between Asia and Europe. Our ferry will cruise in between Europe and Asia stopping along the way in several places with people getting on and off before it arrives at the final stop towards the ends of the Bosporus Anadolu Kavagi on the Asian side. Along the way you will see 19th Century Neo-Classic and Baroque Ottoman palaces and mansions, European and Asian castles built by Ottomans before the fall of Constantinople in 1453 and suspended bridges linking Europe to Asia. While onboard your guide will give you detailed information on everything you will see along the Bosporus.
In Anadolu Kavagi at the final stop you will walk up the hill with your tour guide to see the remains of Yoros castle from the Byzantine period where you can see Black Sea and enjoy a great view of Bosporus. Later you will walk back to the village and enjoy in lunch in one of the seafood restaurant by the Bosporus. After lunch you will board the ferry back to Istanbul.
The tour will end at Eminönü ferry pier around 16:30 PM. Your tour guide can help you about how to get back to your hotel.
